Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use everyloading.com, the EveryLoading planner and the EveryLoading API (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
The Service is operated by Wolfiz Limited ("we", "us"), Office 5118, 321–323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, United Kingdom. Contact: sales@everyloading.com.
1. The Service is a planning aid
EveryLoading suggests how cargo can be arranged in a vehicle or container. You remain responsible for the actual loading: checking legal weight and axle limits, securing cargo, following carrier and customer requirements, and complying with transport regulations. Always check a plan before you load.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account or with an email address and password. Keep your sign-in details secure, because you are responsible for activity on your EveryLoading account and API keys. Don't share API keys publicly.
3. Plans, trials and billing
- A free account lets you use the planner with limits. A paid Pro plan unlocks all features.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- First-time Pro subscribers may be offered a short trial for a one-time fee. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the Pro subscription starts and your card is charged the plan price you chose (monthly or yearly), and it renews automatically until cancelled.
- The current prices, limits and trial terms are shown in the planner before you pay.
- Prices exclude taxes such as VAT, which are added where applicable.
- If a payment fails or you cancel, Pro features end at the end of the paid period and your account returns to the free plan. Your saved plans are kept and are available again when you subscribe.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from "Manage billing" in the planner. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded for partially used periods, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, email us and we will look at it fairly.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around rate limits.
- Use the developer API with an API key, not by scripting the web app.
- Don't use the Service for anything unlawful.
6. Your data
Your load plans belong to you. We store them to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features. If we make a change that materially reduces a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, delays, or damage to goods arising from a load plan. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
