About EveryLoading
What is EveryLoading?
EveryLoading is an online load planner. You enter or paste your cargo, choose a truck, sea container, air container (ULD) or pallet, and it arranges the load in 3D. You can then adjust it by hand, play back the loading sequence and share the plan as a link or PDF. See About EveryLoading.
Who is EveryLoading for?
Freight forwarders, transport companies, dispatchers, warehouse and shipping teams, and manufacturers who need to know what fits in a vehicle or container before loading starts. See the use cases for road, sea, air, manufacturing, palletizing and retail.
Do I need to install anything?
No. EveryLoading runs in a modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari) on Windows, macOS or Linux. A desktop version is not available yet.
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
The planner is made for a computer with a mouse and keyboard, because planning in 3D needs space. Shared plans can be opened on any device, so drivers can look at a link on their phone.
Which languages is EveryLoading available in?
The website and the planner are available in English, Polish, Czech, German, Spanish, French, Russian and Turkish. The PDF load plan follows the planner language. The user manual is in English.
Who runs EveryLoading?
EveryLoading is operated by Wolfiz Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Our details are on the contact page.
Account & payment
How do I create an account?
Click Create free account and sign up with Google or with your email address and a password. The planner opens straight away. See Getting started.
What can I do with a free account?
A free account lets you try the planner on small loads: up to 5 pieces in total, trucks only, and you can run the optimizer. Saving plans, PDF export, share links, file import, several trucks per plan, custom vehicle sizes and the sea, air and pallet loading spaces are part of Pro. Every locked feature opens the Plans window in the app.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro monthly starts with a 7-day trial for $0.99, then renews automatically at $9 a month. Pro yearly is $99 a year, charged in full when you subscribe (it has no trial), and renews every year. Prices exclude taxes such as VAT, which are added at checkout where they apply. Plans are shown in the app under Plans.
How do I cancel?
Open the account menu in the planner and click Manage billing & invoices. You can cancel there in a few clicks. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged again; after that, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See Plans, subscription and billing.
What happens to my saved plans if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your saved plans stay on your account and open again when you subscribe again.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. You can add your company name, billing address and VAT or tax ID at checkout, and download every invoice from Manage billing & invoices. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Do you offer plans for teams or companies?
Yes. Enterprise is for companies with several planners, invoicing, custom vehicles or higher API volume, priced on request. Contact us and choose Sales / Enterprise.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If the reset email is not available, write to sales@everyloading.com from your account email and we will help. If you signed up with Google, just use Continue with Google.
Planning loads
How do I add cargo?
Type each item into the cargo table: name, length, width, height, weight per piece and quantity. The Pallet / box menu adds common carriers such as Euro pallets, industrial pallets, cartons, drums and IBCs. See Add cargo.
Can I paste my packing list from Excel?
Yes. Copy rows with the columns Name, Length, Width, Height, Weight and Qty from Excel or Google Sheets, click the empty row in the cargo table and paste. Header rows and units written in the header, such as “Length (mm)”, are detected. See Paste or import a packing list.
How does the optimizer work?
It places items one by one into the best free space, starting with the floor and the far end of the vehicle, and keeps the load level across the width. It respects the payload, the loading side and each row’s stacking and rotation settings, and tries several orders to keep the fullest result. See Optimize the load.
Is the result always the best possible plan?
It is a good plan, not a guaranteed best one: finding the perfect arrangement is a famously hard problem. Always look the result over and move items by hand where your crew would load differently.
Can I control stacking and rotation?
Yes, per cargo row. You can stop an item from being stacked on others, forbid anything on top of it, limit how many may be stacked, set the maximum weight on top and the minimum support, and choose whether it may only turn on the floor, tip in any direction or not turn at all. See Stacking, rotation and shape.
Can I plan barrels and pipes?
Yes. Set a row’s shape to Drum (upright) or Pipe (lying). They are drawn round in 3D and take up their full rectangular space in the plan.
Can I move items by hand?
Yes. Click an item and drag it. It slides on the floor or onto other items, snaps to walls and neighbours, turns red where it cannot go, and shows a green outline where it will land. Use R to turn it 90° and the arrow keys to nudge it. See Move, stack and turn items in 3D.
Does EveryLoading handle multi-stop deliveries?
Yes. Give each cargo row a stop number. Later stops are loaded deeper in the vehicle, and items for a later stop are never placed between an earlier stop and the doors in the same lane. See Multi-stop deliveries.
Can I see the loading order?
Yes. The loading sequence bar under the 3D view plays the load back item by item, from the far end towards the doors. The same order is printed in the PDF. See Loading sequence.
Does it calculate axle loads and the centre of gravity?
It estimates them. The axle estimate uses the cargo weight and the axle positions you enter, with a simple two-support model; it does not include the weight of the vehicle itself. The centre of gravity is marked in 3D and turns red when the load is badly off-centre. Check real axle loads on a weighbridge when you are close to a limit. See Weight, axle loads and centre of gravity.
Which units can I use?
Sizes are stored in centimetres and weights in kilograms. The unit menus in the top bar show sizes in cm, mm, m or inches and weights in kg or lb.
Vehicles & containers
Which vehicles and containers are included?
There are 26 built-in loading spaces in four groups: trucks and vans (from an 8-pallet bus to standard and mega semitrailers), sea containers (20′, 40′, 40′ and 45′ high cube, and reefers), air containers (LD2, LD3 and LD3-45) and pallets (Euro, half, industrial and others). See Choose a vehicle or container.
Can I enter my own vehicle size?
Yes, with Pro. Change the inside length, width, height or maximum payload and the vehicle switches to Custom. Use the inside measurements of the load space.
Can I plan side loading?
Yes. Under Loaded from choose the back doors, the right side or the left side. The optimizer and the loading sequence follow that side.
What if everything does not fit in one vehicle?
Items that do not fit are parked next to the vehicle and counted as not loaded. With Pro, tick Use more trucks if it doesn’t fit and the load is spread over several identical vehicles, each with its own tab. Mixing different vehicle types in one plan is not possible yet. See When it doesn’t fit.
Can I plan cartons on a pallet?
Yes. Choose a pallet from the Pallets group as the loading space and add your cartons as cargo. The pallet presets use a usable height of 170 cm, which you can change.
Integrations & API
Is there an API?
Yes. A REST API lets your own systems send a vehicle and a cargo list and get back the optimized placement of every item. See Integrations and the Developer portal.
How do I get an API key?
Sign in with a Pro account and open the Developer portal. Create a key there and send it in the X-API-Key header. You can revoke a key at any time.
What does the API return?
For each item: its position (x, y, z of its lowest corner, in cm, measured from the front wall, the floor and the side wall), its size as placed, weight and whether it was rotated, plus the volume utilisation, the total weight and the names of any items that did not fit.
Can I connect EveryLoading to my TMS, WMS or ERP?
Yes, through the REST API: your system sends the order lines and the vehicle, and stores or shows the result. For larger volumes or help with an integration, contact us about Enterprise.
