PDF load plans and share links

Give drivers and the warehouse a plan they can follow.

PDF

Click PDF in the top bar. The download contains:

  • the vehicle or container and a load summary (volume, weight, loading metres),
  • the cargo manifest,
  • the loading sequence, step by step,
  • loading diagrams from the top, side and front,
  • any items that were not loaded.

Plans across several trucks get a set of pages per vehicle.

Share link

  1. 1Save the plan.
  2. 2Click Share, then Create share link.
  3. 3Copy the link and send it. Anyone with the link sees the plan in 3D, read-only, without an account, and can download the PDF.

You can turn the link off in the same window. The old link stops working immediately.
