Pallet load planning

Pallets are both cargo and a loading space. In EveryLoading you can plan cartons onto a pallet, or plan finished pallets into a truck or container, with the same tools.

Common problems, and how EveryLoading helps

  • Cartons are stacked on a pallet by feel, and the pallet ends up too high or too heavy.

Choose a pallet as the loading space. Its usable height and maximum weight are set, and the optimizer stays within them.

  • Pallets that should not be double-stacked end up on top of each other in the trailer.

Mark rows as not stackable, limit how many may be stacked, or set the maximum weight on top.

  • Nobody knows how many pallets really fit in a trailer or container with mixed sizes.

Add Euro, industrial or US pallets from the Pallet / box menu, set the quantity and optimize. The stats show what fits and what does not.
