Load planning for manufacturers

Factories ship mixed loads: heavy crates, long parts, drums and pallets of finished goods. EveryLoading lets the shipping office plan them in 3D before anything is lifted.

Common problems, and how EveryLoading helps

  • Heavy and irregular items make it hard to know where the weight ends up.

Each row carries its own weight, and the planner shows payload used, an axle load estimate and the centre of gravity.

  • Long items, pipes and drums do not behave like boxes in a spreadsheet.

Set the shape to pipe or drum and choose how each item may be turned. Pipes lie, drums stand.

  • Production lists live in Excel and retyping them takes time.

Copy the rows from Excel and paste them into the cargo table. Headers and units in the header are detected.

  • Loading crews need to know what goes in first.

The loading sequence plays the load back item by item, and the same order is printed in the PDF.
