Plans, subscription and billing
Free and Pro plans, what Pro costs, when you are charged and how to cancel.
Every account starts free: up to 5 cargo pieces, trucks only, and no saving, PDF, sharing or import. Pro unlocks everything. Open the plans from the Upgrade button in the top bar, from Plans & billing in your account menu, or by clicking any locked feature.

Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged again. After that, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Your saved plans are kept.
Manage billing
Open Your account (your picture in the site header, or Your account in the planner's account menu) and click Manage billing. In the Stripe billing page you can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card and download invoices. The account page also shows your plan, its renewal or trial end date, and your saved load plans.
Prices exclude taxes such as VAT, which are added at checkout where they apply. Enter your company's tax ID at checkout to have it on your invoices. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.
